The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is proud to present the 26th Annual APS Electric Light Parade. This spectacle of lighted floats and performance groups has delighted tens of thousands of spectators each year along the parade route, which runs down Central Avenue from Montebello, then heads east on Camelback to 7th Street where it heads south to it's conclusion at Indian School Road.
